OUR SPICES

Our chefs have developed relationships with spice merchants and growers in India to ensure that we have access to the freshest and most aromatic spices available. We take pride in using traditional Indian spices like cumin, coriander, and garam masala in our dishes, as well as more exotic spices like kalonji and asafoetida to add depth and complexity to our flavors. From aromatic cardamom and fragrant cinnamon to spicy chili peppers and earthy turmeric, our kitchen is stocked with a wide range of high-quality Indian spices that add depth and complexity to our dishes.

TURMERIC

Turmeric is a spice that is widely used in Indian and Middle Eastern cuisine.
